Becton-Dickinson FACSCalibur

There are three Caliburs, two in L-6016 and one in L-3051. These are four-color dual-laser analyzers.

Becton-Dickinson LSR II

There are two LSR II with similar configurations (see below). These are four-laser analyzers. In their current configuration these analyzers are able to detect up to 15 parameters (13 colors plus forward and side scatter) and two light scatter parameters.

Becton-Dickinson FACSVantage SE DIVA

This is a high-speed cell sorter with three lasers and 10 parameter capabilities (8 colors plus two light scatter parameters).

Becton-Dickinson FacsAria

This is a high speed cell sorter with five lasers and up to 17 parameters (15 colors plus forward and side scatter). The Aria is equipped with an aerosol containment unit to allow sorting of biohazardous materials.

This add-on to the sorters allows automated cell deposition directly into microtiter plates.
